The Rights and Voice Initiative (RAVI) is targeted at strengthening the voices of people living in poverty and who are marginalised to engage with Government on fundamental human rights issues. It is about supporting the organisations of such people and civil society organisations (CSOs) who work with them to advocate and dialogue with government with confidence. It is about citizens engaging with their government on issues of importance.
RAVI does this by providing financial resources and capacity building support to civil society organisations. Both large and small CSOs are eligible for support but small community based organisations will be reached and supported through larger intermediary organisations.
